You should first try to empty the powder from the gelatin capsules. Some people get gastrointestinal disturbance from the gelatin capsules. The REPRODUCTIVE COMPLEX powder can be mixed in juice or soft food, such as yogurt or apple sauce, with no significant decrease in the effectivenesss.
